Sanaya and William got in touch three months out from their day. With the big C word they were a little unsure that they’d be able to have their celebration; but fortunately Melbourne got things under wraps just in time for this celebration of epic proportions.

This is what happens when you take over a school camp, with 160 of your nearest and dearest and just roll with the oncoming thunderstorm. I often get asked “What happens if it rains?” these guys are the archetype of what to do. Grab a brolly and laugh about it and don’t even let it phase you.

The morning was filled with chaotic anticipation. Friends running around and decorating the backup plan room with foliage; Will helping out with 70 different tasks at once and the impending weather demanding we get ready and take couple portraits asap. The ceremony was extremely touching and the speeches impressively verbose and touching, everyone in the room was feeling warm and fuzzy.

The dancefloor kicked off with some seriously great tunes on the decks; only to be elevated by a surprise EDM/disco band performance pumping out Donna Summer to LCD Soundsystem and all sorts of wonderful in between. If I hadn’t have been working the next day I think I would have partied with these guys until the early hours of the morning (I have NO doubt that they all did).
