Nichelle + Zach

So, you know when you have pets (or children I assume, but I can’t speak to that) and you love them all equally. You really really do. And you would never pick a favourite ever. That’s kinda how I feel about weddings.

But I mean, if I had to? Nichelle and Zach’s would be high, high up there.

These guys had the sweetest elopement up at Kangaroo Manor. Only family attended and boy, were the emotions flowing.

I wish I had as much style as Nichelle has in her left thumb, honestly - this white pant and lacy top combo had me swooning as soon as I saw it. Zach was suspiciously keeping his sunnies on for as long as possible in the morning. Adamantly denying that his eyes were maybe a little watery.

He was pretty nervous about the photos and ceremony. Something that was wildly beautiful about this day was that neither of them had ever actually been to a wedding before. Which meant they had no expectations, and just did what suited them. Rather than what they thought they had to do.

Elopements or smaller weddings are always so, so special. I highly advise considering it if the idea or a big huge fuss of a day doesn’t really gel with you. Even if not, you can still take a leaf out of these guys book and make the day exactly what you want it to be, rather than what you think it has to be.
