Jarrrad and Ashleigh had been together for 15 years. So in the end- it really made sense that they spend as much time together on their wedding day as possible. The day started with the both of them getting ready together in Mt Martha, Jarod only left when Ashleigh was putting on her wedding dress, enabling us to do some 'first look' photos. Organising a surprise wedding isn't always easy! When they were organising a formal 'birthday dinner' for Ashleigh's 30th, with a strict start time of 5:15pm, some friends started to twig that there may be more to this birthday party then meets the eye!
They had a sweet and intimate ceremony in their backyard- which looked simply stunning with floral arrangements by the talented Colin Hyett Design (https://www.facebook.com/colinhyettdesign/). And Ashleigh herself looked amazing with hair and makeup done by one of my favourite makeup artists (and lovely human!) Rachael Nicholas (http://rachaelnicholasmakeupandhair.com/)
Thank you to Jarrad & Ashleigh for having me!
